1. The owner of the online store bandwatch.pl, hereinafter referred to as the Store, is: "LENART" Tomasz Lenart

    2. It is assumed that the User placing an order, hereinafter referred to as the Customer, has read and accepted the terms and conditions outlined in these Regulations.
    3. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the year. The Store reserves the right to introduce restrictions on the use of the website bandwatch.pl.
    4. Placing an order means completing the "order form" available on the Store’s website and sending it to bandwatch.pl.
    5. The person placing the order is obliged to fill out the "order form" completely and accurately, in accordance with the facts.
    6. After placing an order, the User will receive an automatic response from bandwatch.pl confirming the order. The Store reserves the right to confirm the acceptance of the order by phone.
    7. bandwatch.pl reserves the right to verify the order and cancel it in case of justified doubts regarding its reliability.
    8. The order will be processed on the next business day following the day the order was placed. In case the order needs to be verified, it will be processed on the next business day following the day it was verified.
    9. In case of doubts, it is assumed that the sales agreement is concluded at the moment of commencing the order processing.
    10. The prices of goods offered in the bandwatch.pl Online Store are expressed in Polish zlotys and include VAT. The prices do not include flat-rate shipping costs.
    11. bandwatch.pl reserves the right to change the prices of goods in the offer without prior notice. Price changes do not apply to orders already accepted for processing.
    12. bandwatch.pl reserves the right to withdraw certain products from the offer without prior notice.
    13. The maximum time to process an order (to ship the package to the Customer) is 10 days. Delivery time should be added to this period, which is up to 2 days when using a courier service.
    14. bandwatch.pl charges a flat-rate fee covering the cost of shipping to the Customer, which the User can view at any time on the shipping costs page.
    15. bandwatch.pl may suspend charging a flat-rate fee as part of a promotion by posting the relevant information on the homepage.
    16. bandwatch.pl is not responsible for delayed deliveries by Poczta Polska or courier companies.
    17. Payment for the ordered goods can be made on delivery or by bank transfer to bandwatch.pl’s account.
    18. In the case of orders consisting of several items to be delivered in one shipment, the completion time depends on when bandwatch.pl collects the last item of the given order unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
    19. For matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act of March 2, 2000, on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product shall apply.
    20. The User's personal data is protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy of bandwatch.pl.
    21. A receipt for the purchase is attached to each order. The purchase document is included directly in the package or placed under the shipping label on the top of the package.
    22. During a promotion that includes all products, the first purchase voucher is inactive.
    23. Discounts and promotions do not include gift wrapping. 



RETURN AND EXCHANGE


    1. In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000, on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product, you can withdraw without giving reasons within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
    2. Returns are only possible for unused products with the original tag. It is not possible if the product is damaged, copied, or used in any way. Returns should be sent to the address provided in the contact section on bandwatch.pl with the note "RETURN".
    3. For the returned/exchanged item, a printed and filled-out form available for download at [https://www.bandwatch.pl/pl/content/6-zwrot-i-wymiana](https://www.bandwatch.pl/pl/content/6-zwrot-i-wymiana) and proof of purchase must be included.
    4. The Store allows the possibility of exchanging the item for another within 14 days from the date the Customer receives the shipment from the Store.
    5. The cost of returning the package to the Store for an exchange is borne by the Customer. The return package is sent at the Store’s expense.
    6. If the price of the products intended for exchange is different (higher or lower), you need to return the item and then make a new purchase in the Store.
    7. The time for exchanging an item for another is a maximum of 7 business days.
    8. The refund for the purchased item will be made within 14 days of the Store receiving the shipment from the Customer.
    9. The refund is made by bank transfer to the Customer's account number provided in the return form.
    10. In case of a return, the Store does not refund the shipping cost.



COMPLAINTS


  1. All products in the Store are covered by a one-year warranty from the moment the Customer receives the package.
  2. If the Customer finds a defect in the purchased product, they can report it by phone, email, messenger, or in writing.
  3. After confirming the acceptance of the complaint, the Customer should promptly send the product to the Store’s address with due care in securing the product. The returned product should include a printed and completed form, available on the website [https://www.bandwatch.pl/pl/content/6-zwrot-i-wymiana](https://www.bandwatch.pl/pl/content/6-zwrot-i-wymiana), and proof of purchase.
  4. If the defect is confirmed, the Store will replace the defective product with a defect-free one or remedy the defect according to the Customer's request unless the method specified by the Customer is impossible or would involve disproportionate costs.
  5. The Store bears the shipping costs in the case of a justified complaint. The Customer may send the package for complaint review at their own expense and request reimbursement if the described defect is found (shipping costs are reimbursed up to a maximum of 10 PLN). Cash-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.
  6. The Customer may agree to compensate for the incurred shipping costs with an additional free watch strap of their choice, which will be included in the return shipment. The cost of shipping the repaired/replaced product back to the Customer is covered by the Store.
  7. The Customer may request the Store to order a courier for the collection of the complaint package. The courier collects the packages the next business day between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. In the event of an unsuccessful collection attempt, the Store will not make another attempt, and the shipping cost will then be borne by the Customer.
  8. Complaints do not cover: mechanical, thermal, chemical damages; defects resulting from random events (e.g., broken glass, scratches on the case, etc.), using the watch contrary to its intended purpose; aesthetic defects resulting from regular use, such as minor abrasions on the case or glass, minor wear and tear of the strap; battery wear, even during the warranty period; defects resulting from improper maintenance of the strap, e.g., washing in a washing machine.
  9. The Store will respond to the Customer's request no later than 14 days from receiving the shipment.
